- "Kopij", "we", "us": Kopij B.V., registered in the Netherlands - "Service": the Kopij platform for AI-generated content - "User", "you": the person or organization using the Service - "Content": all texts, images and other materials generated via the Service

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Kopij offers an AI-powered content generator that generates articles based on keywords and instructions. We aim to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify, update, or add or remove features from the Service.

Content you generate through Kopij is your property. You are responsible for the use of generated content. You guarantee that you will not use the content for illegal purposes, deception, or violating third-party rights.

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. We offer a 14-day free trial without a credit card.

You may not use the Service to: - Generate spam or misleading content - Generate content that infringes on intellectual property - Overload or abuse the Service - Use automated scripts outside of the provided API - Generate content that violates the law

Kopij is not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before publication. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

The use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to the Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these terms. Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
